BURRIT TOWNSHIP (WREX) — A group of farmers helped make sure one family's fall harvest did not go unfinished.
Casey Lolling's father recently passed before the family could finish the fall harvest. That's when Lolling's friends, other farmers, decided to help out.
"These guys are out here helping me with the work me and my father would've done together," Casey Lolling told 13 WREX.
Lolling says it has been a difficult, but is thankful for the help and says its something his father would have done, too.
"It means the world to me...it's just more or less a reflection of my dad because he was that type of person who would help out anybody that needed help," Lolling said.
Lolling said his friends wanted to help finish the harvest before his father's service in the coming days.
