A woman is arrested after police said she kicked down a door and used a stun-gun on another woman.
It happened last night on 12th Street. According to Rockford Police 49-year-old Candy Patterson got into a fight with other women. Police found Patterson kicked down the front door of a home then attacked a woman with a stun gun. She's charged with home invasion and unlawful use of a weapon.
Police in the area want you to be on the looking for suspects burglarizing homes after telling owners they're utility workers. Loves Park and South Beloit Police Department says they have been investigating several burglaries. They said the suspects target the elderly telling homeowners they're utility workers to get inside their home. Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
