Illinois State Police will roll out increased enforcement plans for Super Bowl weekend. They'll be on the lookout for moving DUI drivers, speeding, distracted driving and people not wearing a seat belt.
Last year, ISP troopers wrote nearly two-thousand tickets during the weekend. Two people were killed in crashes during super bowl weekend in 2017.
If you're out on the roads, officials are also asking you to be on the lookout for police cars on the side of the road.
