Business leaders met at Summerdale Early Childhood Center to put the emphasis on developing soft skills from an early age. A new study shows 94 percent of why people lose a job is because of behavior and emotional well-being.
"Today's economy, today's workplace really require that one be able to collaborate, communicate, problem solve, think critically, and we all work in teams. So much of the individual work is now gone," LoRayne Logan, President, Founder Workplace Staff and Search said.
