Keith Country Day holds signing ceremony

Keith Country Day brought the Cougars community together on Friday for a signing ceremony to recognize six student athletes putting the pen to the paper for national letters of intent to continue their college careers.

Reilley Wehrstein (George Washington volleyball), Sydney Sherman (Michigan Tech volleyball), Laura deRosales (Carthage volleyball), Kami Shoemaker (Central Michigan cheerleading), James Davenport (Marian volleyball), and Bryn Lipton (Endicott volleyball) were all acknowledged.

It was an especially emotional day for Wehrstein, who won three 1A state volleyball championships with the Cougars before she tore her meniscus and missed her entire senior season. She will study international relations in the nation's capital while playing volleyball for the Colonials.
