IceHogs erase two-goal deficit to snap losing streak

The Rockford IceHogs wiped away a 2-0 hole against the Grand Rapids Griffins on Sunday, beating their division rivals 4-2 at the BMO Harris Bank Center on Valentine's Day.

Bryan Bickell scored two goals for the IceHogs, with Ryan Hartman and Mark McNeill adding the other two tallies. Rockford had lost its previous five games, including two losses to the Griffins by a combined score of 13-4. Prior to puck drop, the Chicago Blackhawks announced they would recall Vince Hinostroza to take Marian Hossa's roster spot after he left Chicago's loss on Saturday with a leg injury. Hinostroza has scored 10 goals this season with Rockford.

The IceHogs currently sit in pole position in the Central Division with a 28-11-5-4 record and return to action on Wednesday at 10:30 AM against Manitoba.
