WASHINGTON (AP) -
With the race for the presidential primaries in full swing, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are holding on to a large lead over their competition.
According to NBC News' latest weekly poll with SurveyMonkey, Trump maintains a 35 percent support rate among Republican voters, followed by Ted Cruz at 18 percent and Marco Rubio at 13 percent. Trump holds the highest support among white evangelical voters with 33 percent.
The same poll found Democratic contender Hillary Clinton is holding a lead against her competitors, with 53 percent support, compared to her nearest rival Bernie Sanders at 36 percent.
