CHICAGO (AP) -
Chicago aldermen have taken a step to make the city's O'Hare and Midway airports among the most breast-feeding friendly airports in the nation.
They voted at a special committee hearing Friday to recommend an ordinance that would require the airports to provide rooms where mothers can breast feed and use breast pumps in each airports' terminals.
A study by the journal Breastfeeding Medicine found that only a small percentage of the nation's airports have lactation rooms.
