Hundred of volunteers have shown up to decorate downtown Rockford ahead of the Stroll on State celebrations.
Today, people are decorating the 32-foot tree that will be the centerpiece of the event, wrapping pre-lit garland around light poles, focusing on Santaland, and placing large lollipops, presents and other props throughout the downtown area.
