Before school starts, students at Guilford High School volunteered their time to clean up a bit.
With recent construction at the school, the school's courtyard needed some maintenance. So a group of about 30 students pulled some weeds, picked up some garbage, and helped the school look beautiful before the first day of classes.
"It's really, really gone down hills since all the construction has been going around with the school. The field house and the auditorium and all the classrooms, everybody is moving around," says Guilford senior Corrine Berardi.
"I love my school so I think it was a good thing what we did."
