Byron ready to bounce back in 2014

BYRON (WREX) - The Byron Tigers finished last year with a 2-7 record, but that final tally in the win column wasn't indicative of their competitiveness against a tough Big Northern West division. Three of their four conference losses were by single digits, and this year's Byron group is ready to rebound and prove they can play with the best teams in one of the state's best conferences.

"Last year was a really tough year, we were a good team and had some good competition with the other teams like Stillman," says senior Josh Larson. "This year i think we're a lot more motivated, we know we have that potential and i think we have a really good chance this year."
