Watts takes home Ledges Invitational title

Joey Watts played in the Rockford PRO/AM about a month ago. He took some of those lessons he learned playing with Kenny Perry and applied them to his game. Watts won his first big tournament of the summer, the Ledges Invitational, taking a one stroke victory over the field.

Watts is about to start his senior year at Harlem High School. He beat out the likes of Ken Lee and Jeff Beto, who each finished one shot back. Kevin Flack, Jeff Holmgaard, and Mark Issi all finished two shots behind Watts.
