A Rockford doctor accused of sexual misconduct with patients and defrauding Medicare has new charges against him.
Charles DeHaan has already been in federal court on one charge of Medicare fraud, but that charge was turned into a total of nine charges by a federal grand jury Tuesday.
The 59-year-old is accused of using his business, Housecall Physicians Group in Rockford, to steal from Medicare. In a separate case, DeHaan had his medical license suspended for alleged sexual misconduct with elderly patients.
