A Winnebago County judge had denied bond for the Rockford mother accused of stabbing her eight-year-old son to death last September.
Judge John Lowry rejected bond for Jody Kossow on Wednesday. Previously, the 39-year-old was held on $2 million bond.
Kossow is accused of repeatedly stabbing her son Thomas to death in their driveway on September 10. She was pleaded not guilty to the charges and tried to have her bond reduced to $1 million in November.
No trial date has been set.
