The holidays can be a good time to indulge a little more than usual. But for some people, these could be the last few days for bad habits.
It's that time of year when people are making their new year's resolutions. Unfortunately some people never seem to actually stick to them. But one dietitian offers some tips to successfully complete those resolutions.
"Instead of sitting, watching TV maybe we want to take a walk or join a gym or some other activity like that. So that we have a goal that's fairly small and something that's obtainable and that ultimately will lead us to a better, healthy lifestyle," said Shirley Poole, clinical dietitian.
Poole also suggests to ask family members of friends to help you reach your goal.
