IL Attorney General warns of tornado relief scams

With support flooding in to those areas, the Illinois Attorney General's office is opening an investigation into at least one fundraising scam tied to tornado relief.

Illinois law requires fundraisers and charities to register with the Attorney General's office.

Residents are being warned to research organizations heading recovery efforts and seeking donations.
