The Chicago Bears have elevated defensive tackle Tracy Robertson to the active roster from the practice squad.
The 6-4, 300-pound Robertson entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Houston Texans in 2012 out of Baylor. He has spent the last five weeks on the Bears practice squad. Robertson has also spent time with Houston, Detroit, New England and Miami, but has not appeared in a regular season contest. At Baylor, Robertson appeared in 44 games with 27 starts recording 67 tackles, 5.5 sacks and 14 tackles for losses.
Robertson will wear No. 72. The Bears active roster is now at 53 players.
