Three Boylan High School standouts put their names to NCAA letters of intent Thursday, a day after the beginning of the fall signing period.
Bryanna Weiskircher signed her letter to play volleyball at Penn State. She committed to play there as a sophomore, and has waited two years to make it official.
"I'm really excited to go to Penn State," Weiskircher said. "I just want to help with the legacy. It's been two years since I committed. The support Boylan's given me is just fantastic."
Girls basketball standout Jensen Blassage signed her letter of intent to play at Florida Southern College, a division two program in Lakeland, Fla.
"It's a big accomplishment for me to play at the next level," Blassage said. "It's always something that I've dreamed of doing since I was a little kid."
Brock Stull made his commitment official as he signed his letter to play basketball at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Several factors went into his decision.
"I wanted to be comfortable with all the coaches, the players, and the school having a good criminal justice program, which is what I want to major in," Stull said. "Also being closer, not too close, but closer to home so my family and friends can come see me play."
