Nick's Home Run raises money for sarcoma patients

Raising money for sick children is the goal of Nick's Home Run.

The fundraiser took place at Aviators' Stadium in Loves Park. The foundation raises money for children with sarcoma. It gives the kids chances to do things they otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity to do.

To date the foundation has sent five kids to Disneyland.

Organizers say they hope to spread the word of the fundraiser as far as the Today Show in Rockefeller Center next year.
