The man who was wanted for about a week for killing a Janesville woman last fall, will represent himself during his trial.
Kody Walsh faces first degree murder charges for the death of Lori Daniels. Daniels was shot inside a car on I-90 near South Beloit in September of 2012. Walsh was arrested a little more than a week after the murder by police in Memphis, Tennessee.
A judge recently granted Walsh's request to allow him to represent himself in court. Walsh is scheduled to go to trial October 21st.
