Dixon residents will have their say on how to spend $40 million.
It's part of an out-of-court settlement with a band and auditor the city accused of not doing enough to expose former comptroller Rita Crundwell's theft. Crundwell was sentenced to nearly 20 years after she plead guilty to wire fraud. Dixon lost more than $53 million over two decades. The town hall meeting is set for Thursday, October 10.
