Freeport students take on bullying challenge

Some local students take on a challenge to stand up to bullying.

"Rachel's Challenge" is a story that was presented to Freeport Middle School students Tuesday. Rachel Scott was the first girl killed in the Columbine High School Shootings. A foundation was formed to spread the anti-bullying message. That includes embracing and respecting individual differences, standing up for others who are being mistreated, being kind and compassionate, and recognizing your own self worth.
