A retail theft case in Harvard turned into child endangerment charges for three individuals.
Harvard police responded to the Wal-Mart just before 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, and arrived just as the three suspects were leaving. The suspect vehicle left going east on McGuire Road before driving into a culvert and being stopped. A three-year-old boy was found in the vehicle.
Kenneth D. Freund, 35, and Shannon D. Luna, 29, both of Genoa City, Wisconsin, were arrested along with 42-year-old Dion Baugh of Chicago. They face charges of retail theft and child endangerment.
