Stillman Valley's "Lucky" and "Louie" Larson reacto to winning the grand prize on "Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls"
STILLMAN VALLEY (WREX) -
A Stillman Valley father and daughter team, really live up to one of their nicknames: "Lucky".
Andrew "Lucky" Larson and his daughter, Andrea "Louie" Larson, won half a million dollars Monday night. Although it probably wasn't as much luck as it was toughness. They earned the grand prize on the show "Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls". "Lucky" and "Louie" spent the whole summer competing on our TVs and keeping a secret. We talked with them a couple of times over the last few months, and they never hinted they won.
The show was about surviving the wild on New Zealand's South Island. It started with 10 teams.
