Bus crash near Indianapolis kills three, injures more

Three people were killed when a passenger bus returning from a church summer camp overturned near an Indianapolis highway.

The Indianapolis Fire Department said the bus was carrying 40 people when it flipped over late this Saturday afternoon.

They say three people died and at least five others were trapped inside the bus.  Several other injuries were reported.  The extent of injuries and cause of the crash have yet to be determined.

The Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Indianapolis released this statement:
"Please be in prayer for our church family as we look to the Lord for grace during the teen bus accident today. Details will be released at a later time, but prayers are our greatest need right now."
