Jury selection is underway in the trial against a man accused of killing 16-year-old Demarkis Robinson in 2010.

Isaac Jaimes is accused of shooting Robinson while he was walking with a friend down 6th Avenue. Police claim Isaac and his brother Ricardo were in an ongoing fight with Robinson because they were in rival gangs.

Both brothers have been charged in Robinson's death and investigators say Ricardo was driving the vehicle from which Isaac shot Robinson. Ricardo has already been convicted and sentenced to 70 years in prison. Opening statements in Isaac's trial are expected to begin Tuesday.
