Beloit man stabbed outside Clinton bar


A Beloit man suffered non-life threatening injuries after being stabbed outside a Clinton bar over the weekend.

Police responded to Box Cars Pub around 1:20 a.m. Saturday morning. According to officers, two men got into a fight, resulting in Jacob R. Nadowski being stabbed. He was taken to Beloit Memorial Hospital for treatment.

The suspect, Chance S. Meyers of Clinton, was arrested at the scene and the weapon was recovered. Meyers is being held on charges of Disorderly Conduct While Armed and Substantial Battery.
