For ten years now, folks have gathered to walk in the garden in Winnebago.
The garden walk is put together by the Friends of the Winnebago Library and the Winnebago Garden Club. Six area gardens are featured.
The cost was just $6.
"Frequently people are really surprised. You might go by a yard and not realize what's back there especially when you walk into the back yard. But it's nice because our gardeners tend to do their own work for the most part. You know people that come are likely to get ideas and think I can do this. This is not professional," said Cindy McIntyre. She co-founded the walk.
The walk lasted from 10 Sunday morning to 5. It started at the Winnebago Public Library.
