With the largest gathering of authentic tipis East of the Mississippi, a cowboy arena, an entire pioneer village and so much more, the Oregon Trail Days festival is in full swing in it's fourth run.
What started out as just a cowboy and indian day has grown into a celebration of American Indian, western heritage and pioneer culture that once settled in the town of Oregon.
And the growth of the festival has helped to fund the refurbishing of the Blackhawk statue, the original purpose of the festival.
