Janesville police warning residents of suspicious man


Janesville police are warning area residents of a suspicious man after a woman claims she was grabbed by a person in a mini-van while out for a walk.

The woman told police she was out for a walk near Kellogg and South Oakhill Avenue around 1:00 a.m. Tuesday morning when a mini-van stopped in front of her and the van's driver opened the door and grabbed her by the elbow.

The woman ran away and was not injured. The only description given to police was a male driving a dark-colored, older model mini-van.
