A Philadelphia abortion doctor serving life for the deaths of three babies is due in federal court Wednesday to face drug charges.
Dr. Kermit Gosnell has plead guilty to charges he ran a pill mill in his West Philadelphia clinic. He's accused of selling prescriptions for OxyContin and other pain killers to people who came to his office.
Last month, a jury convicted the 72 year old of three counts of first degree murder for killing three babies after they were born alive.
Gosnell's defense lawyer Jack McMahon says Gosnell will plead guilty to the drug charges given the outcome of the murder case.
