UPDATED: DeKalb County police seeking man wanted for sexual assault

DEKALB COUNTY (WREX) -

The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man wanted for a sexual assault that was reported on May 20.

Police have an arrest warrant for Emilio G. Seay, who has been charged with Unlawful Restraint and Criminal Sexual Assault. His bond is $250,000.

Police believe Seay is aware of the warrant but will not turn himself in. He could be staying with people in the Cortland area, Sycamore's Evergreen Village trailer park, or with people in Rockford.
