I've been working hard trying to hit 10K steps everyday, but haven't gotten my goal yet. I've come close 6,000 or 8,000, but still not 10K. While it's easy to say I've fallen short of that goal - I've made strides in other areas.
I've gone from 220lbs to 215lbs in a little over a week. I'm running a little over two miles a day, lifting weights, and avoiding carbs late a night. I have trouble keeping a great diet with my schedule, but it gets easier once you start seeing results.
