Beloit Police have identified two individuals they believe were involved in Sunday's fatal crash at Copeland and Yates Avenue.
Seventeen-year-old Chatavier A. Bell-Johnson and 23-year-old Johnquayl K. Bell are being sought by police for questioning. The two men are cousins from Beloit, but their whereabouts are unknown. Also, police say they may need medical treatment from the crash.
Johnquayl Bell is wanted by the Rock County Sheriff's Office on a Body Attachment for Non-Supoprt and also has a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant.
