Rockford Police say one of the victims in Thursday's home invasion was shot. The suspects are considered to be armed and dangerous.

UPDATE:

Rockford Police are searching for two black males suspected of breaking into a home Thursday.

It happened in the 3000 block of Imperial Oaks shortly after 1:00 p.m. Officials say two victims, a man and a woman, were found inside the home. They were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police are looking for two black men in their late teens or early twenties. They may be in a white sedan with large chrome wheels.

Rockford Police are asking anyone with information to call the shift commander at (815) 987-5824 or CrimeStoppers at (815) 963-7867.

Rockford Police are on the scene of a home invasion in the 3000 block of Imperial Oaks.

Police say a man and a woman are hurt and taken to a local hospital, but police would not say how they were injured or what condition they are in. Property was taken from the residence, but police would not elaborate on that either.

The suspects are described as two black males in their teens, possibly driving a white sedan with chrome rims.
