Boy scouts use importance of first aid in meet

Posted:

Quickness and efficiency help some area boy scouts learn the importance of first aid training.

Boy scout troop 23 holds it's annual First Aid Meet.  The competition challenges scouts from area troops to solve first aid problems in five minutes.

They go through fifteen scenarios while judges score responses.  The top three patrols came home with trophies and every scout involved receives a patch for the competition.
