5 arrested in Loves Park drug investigation

LOVES PARK (WREX) -

Five people face charges after a narcotics investigation at the Clayton House Hotel.

The investigation was conducted by Loves Park Police on Saturday, March 2. The following people were arrested:

  • Raymond Foote, 58, Rockford
    • Resisting Arrest
    • Possession of Less than 15 Grams of Crack Cocaine
    • Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Tyvesha Iverson, 27, Rockford
    • Solicitation of a Sexual Act
    • Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Joseph Kincade, 24, Edgerton, Wisconsin
    • Possession of Less than 15 Grams of Crack Cocaine
    • Possession of Less than 2.5 Grams of Cannabis
    • Resisting Arrest
    • Aggravated Battery to a Police Officer
    • Violation of the Hypodermic Needle and Syringe Act
    • Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Kerry Kinsman, 48, Rockford
    • Soliciting for a Prostitute
    • Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Chelsea Kosier, 23, South Beloit
    • Possession of less than 15 Grams of Crack Cocaine
    • Violation of the Hypodermic Needle and Syringe Act
    • Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
    • Obstructing Justice
    • Wisconsin Department of Corrections Warrant
