For 72 years Rockford Art Museum showcases young artists - WREX.com – Rockford’s News Leader

17 area schools, 108 students and 151 pieces of art all add up to the 72nd annual Young Artist Show.
Rockford Art Museum kicked off the event Sunday. The competition features exceptional artwork by students from schools within 50 miles of the museum.
New this year, an exhibit known as the "Arts of March". It's in support of National Youth Art Month and Illinois Art Education Association.
