A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman pled guilty to hit and run and DUI charges for a crash that left a man dead.

Amber Mazoch pled guilty to leaving the scene of an accident involving death and aggravated driving under the influence of drugs.

Mazoch was driving west on Business 20 near Poplar Grove around 2:30 p.m. on September 11, 2011 when she attempted to pass a semi in a no passing zone. Mazoch's car went into the oncoming lane of traffic and hit a motorcycle driven by Anthony Kush of Genoa. Kush died as a result of his injuries.

After the crash, Mazoch drove away, heading north on Poplar Grove Road. She was arrested by a Sheriff's Deputy after dispatch calls of citizens reporting the crash. Lab tests later revealed Mazoch's blood and urine to contain cocaine, cannabis, and oxycodone.

Mazoch is scheduled to be sentenced on April 29.
