Two more homes belonging to former Dixon comptroller Rita Crundwell have been sold by U.S. Marshals.
Sales on two homes and 40 acres of farmland closed on Monday, bringing in just over $1 million. Crundwell's brother Richard Humphrey Sr., who's son recently purchased another one of her properties, spent about $600,000 on a house and 40 acres of farmland. Wesley and Tammi Sherman, both Dixon residents, bought another home for $400,000.
A vacation home in Florida is the only property of Crundwell's left to sell.
