Illinois State Police announce results of Winn. Co. enforcement

WINNEBAGO COUNTY (WREX) -

Deputies with Illinois State Police District 16 conducted an Alcohol Countermeasure Enforcement patrol in Winnebago County on February 22 and February 23.

During that enforcement, the following arrests were made:

  • Driving Under the Influence - 3
  • Drug/Alcohol-Related - 8
  • Suspended Driver's License - 5
  • Speeding - 8
  • Occupant Restraint - 7
  • Total Citations - 49
  • Total Written Warnings - 55

The enforcement was funded by the Illinois Department of Transportation's Division of Traffic Safety.
