Board turns down video gambling in Poplar Grove

Video gambling's spread through the Rockford area hits a speed bump.

That bump is the Village of Poplar Grove.  Public forums gave people in the village a chance to share their opinions on gaming.  According to Village President John Neitzel a 4 to 2 vote turns down the idea in Poplar Grove.
