10 arrested in January for DUI in Boone County - WREX.com – Rockford’s News Leader

The Boone County Sheriff's Department assisted with several vehicle crashes and arrested ten for DUI last month.

The department responded to 63 car crashes during January, 46 of which were property damage crashes, eight involved injuries, and nine had unknown injuries when they were called in.

Officers also arrested 53 individuals for driving while their licenses were suspended or revoked. The following people were arrested for DUI:

• Bonnie Kannar, 45, Machesney Park
• Phyllis Kimlicka, 50, Belvidere
• Cheryl Glavan, 25, Rockford
• Alex Johnson, 21, Belvidere
• Jason Vassar, 41, Capron
• Michaela Galvina-West, 22, Carpentersville
• Stephen Fielding, 32, Glenwood
• Lindsay Bice, 30, Janesville
• Scott Liebenberg, 45, Rockford
• Matthew Gillett, 21, Caledonia

Eighty-four motorists on Boone County roads were assisted by the department last month.
