Rita Crundwell's nephew buys her 88 acre ranch.
Crundwell pleaded guilty to taking nearly $53 million from Dixon while she was the city's comptroller. The U.S. Marshal's Service is selling off her assets to try to get some of that money back.
Brenda and Richard Humphrey, Jr. bought the ranch for $1.13 million. The Humphreys own Affordable Waste, Dixon's garbage provider.
Crundwell is scheduled to be sentenced next week.
