4 teens arrested in Rockford pizza delivery robbery


Four teens have been arrested for the armed robbery of a pizza delivery employee.

Rockford Police responded to the 2700 block of Colorado just before 9:00 p.m. on January 31. There, the victim told them she had been confronted by four suspects, some of whom were armed with handguns.

The suspects demanded both money and the food she was delivering. After she gave them those items, the suspects ran away. They were later located in a home in the 3200 block of Greendale Avenue.

Four teen boys, three 15-year-olds and one 16-year-old, were arrested. They have all been charged with Armed Robbery.

The investigation is ongoing.
