DeKalb store robbed

DEKALB (WREX) -

DeKalb County police are looking for information in regards to a robbery that occurred at a DeKalb Check into Cash store.

The robbery occurred around 11:20 a.m. on January 25 at the store on Sycamore Road. A male dressed in black and wearing white gym shoes robbed the store and made off with an undisclosed amount of money.

Witnesses said the suspect used either a ski mask or a scarf to hide his face. The suspect was described as 5'9" to 5'10" and about 200 pounds. A weapon was inferred, but not shown.

The suspect could have been driving a gray or silver Chevrolet Impala.
