5 arrested on home invasion charges in Loves Park

LOVES PARK (WREX) -

Loves Park police responded to the 7200 block of Sue Lane on Saturday in reference to a home invasion.

Five people were arrested and charged with home invasion, residential burglary, and mob action. They were lodged in the Winnebago County Jail in lieu of no bond.

The following individuals were arrested:

  • Ricky Haviland, Jr., 19 - Durand
  • Ricky Haviland, Sr., 41 - Durand
  • Terry Swafford, 32 - Durand
  • Alan Menting, 38 - Belvidere
  • Rhonda Menting, 42 - Belvidere
