Rockford Police respond to shooting - WREX.com – Rockford’s News Leader

At around 12:15 this morning Rockford police responded to the 1000 block of North Sunset Avenue for a shooting victim.
An adult male was getting into a parked car when an unknown vehicle drove by and fired shots. The victim is being treated for a non-life threatening wound to his shoulder. This case is still under investigation.
