In a world of constantly rising tuition costs, one college is going against the grain.
Rasmussen College announced Tuesday that it would lower its tuition by an average of 12 percent for full-time students around the country. Depending on the student's location and program, the reduction could add up to 24 percent.
Craig Steege, Rasmussen's campus director in Rockford, said that internal savings allowed the college to make the reduction in costs.
Not only are tuition costs being lowered, they will also be locked in for continuously enrolled students.
