Dixon woman died of strangulation

DIXON (WREX) -

An autopsy has been completed on the woman found dead in a Dixon home on Sunday.

Yolanda Sigler, 34, was found dead in the 200 block of Lincolnway. Her husband, 34-year-old Brian Sigler was also found in the home, suffering from self-inflicted knife wounds. An autopsy showed Yolanda died as a result of manual strangulation.

Brian is currently under police watch while in intensive care at KSB Hospital.
